At or below 50% of AMI (Area Median Income); rent requires a past due notice (eviction notice is not required); must be a Wyandotte County, KS resident; bill must be under applicant's name

Photo ID for each family member (birth certificates or shot records ok for children), proof of residency dated within the last 30 days, proof of income, past due notice

The online application opens on Mondays at 2pm. The application portal is open for 20-30 minutes and closes when at capacity. Portal does not open every Monday - when funding is not available, portal will remain closed.

Apply online. Applications will be reviewed weekly. Within 10 business days of application receipt, applicants will be contacted to either schedule an appointment or notified of application denial. For those who are unable to apply online, they can call the office to be connected with someone who can assist.
