Douglass Community Services, a private, not for profit human services agency, provides support and services to persons of all ages in an eight county area of Northeast Missouri. Services include Head Start/Early Head Start, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), Kids in Motion/Teens in Motion (KIM/TIM), and DCS Community Outreach Initiative. Services include Commodity Supplemental Food Program, Food Pantries, Homelessness Prevention Programs, Thrift Shops, Electric Service Payment Assistance, Early Head Start, Head Start, At Risk Youth Employment Programs, Holiday Adoption Programs and Holiday Gifts/Toys.
