Provides up to 24-months of housing and transformational programming that includes case management, skill building, and connection to resources for unhoused families in St. Louis City in Missouri. Service includes Homelessness Prevention Programs.

Eligibility

  • Age 21 and older who are currently unhoused with at least one child 16 years and under
  • Must pass drug test

Required documents

  • Photo ID
  • Application
  • Birth Certificate for all household members
  • Social Security Cards for all household members
  • Proof of Income
  • Utility Bill
  • Copy of Lease (if applicable)
  • Proof of Participation in other programs
  • Letter from referring agency verifying homelessness (if applicable)

Mon-Fri - 8:00am to 4:00pm
