Eligibility
- Age 21 and older who are currently unhoused with at least one child 16 years and under
- Must pass drug test
Required documents
- Photo ID
- Application
- Birth Certificate for all household members
- Social Security Cards for all household members
- Proof of Income
- Utility Bill
- Copy of Lease (if applicable)
- Proof of Participation in other programs
- Letter from referring agency verifying homelessness (if applicable)
