KC CARE provides comprehensive, integrated care for the whole patient. Services include primary care, and behavioral health, as well as HIV primary care, prevention, outreach and testing; screenings, follow-up care, and support; onsite pharmacy and medication assistance; and more. Dental and oral healthcare is available at Research Medical Campus and Homeroom Health locations. KC CARE offers year-round Health Insurance Navigators to assist individuals with health insurance options. An anonymous needle exchange program is also available at no cost."

To successfully complete an application, an individual needs full names, birthdays, social security numbers, anticipated annual income, and information on any current health coverage for everyone in their households. The individual should bring an email address, if available, and password in order to access email during the appointment.
