Loan Counseling | Educational Opportunity Center - Kansas City
The EOC provides an understanding of the different types of financial aid, college-cost comparison, understanding financial aid award letters from colleges and student loan borrowing basics. Participants may also utilize the FDIC Money Smart program which provides information on bank services, borrowing basics, opening a checking account, budgeting, saving and credit scores.

Offers the following free services to their participants in the following areas: college selection and admission application, financial aid application, scholarship search guidance, career counseling, GED/continuing education referral and placement, financial/economic counseling and defaulted student loan counseling.
