Provides services and advocacy by and for persons with all types of disabilities; creates opportunities for independence and assists individuals with disabilities to achieve their maximum of independence, functioning within their families and communities. Services include attendant services, home modification, adaptive equipment advocacy, social support, youth services, independent living skills, information and referral, institution transition, telecommunications access, and support groups for TBI, women with depression, and parents who have children with disabilities.
