Home Health services assists individuals to regain independence with a wide range of services including home nursing, nurse aide, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and social work services. This service includes teaching, skilled assessment, exercises, adaptive equipment recommendations, well baby care, in home hospice care, bereavement support groups, caregiver/care receiver support groups and bereavement counseling.
