Services include birth certificates, death related records/permits, student health programs, occupational health and safety, lead testing, home sanitation, child passenger safety seats, blood pressure screening, breast examinations, mammograms, pap tests, STD screening, CPR instruction, general health education programs, breastfeeding support programs, community clinics, home nursing, adolescent/adult immunizations, childhood immunizations, flu vaccines, WIC and emergency preparedness and response planning.
Eligibility
Cannot be eligible for Home Health services
- Individuals who are Homebound
