Lease, past due notice within the last 30 days. Landlords name, address, phone number and email.

M-F 8:30am-11:30am & 1pm-3:30pm

English and Spanish with additional translation services available.

Call starting first business day of the month while supplies/funds last. Client will then speak with the Program Coordinator for a pre-eligibility screening and will be directed on their next step forward.
