Eligibility
- Must reside in service area
- Income Guidelines Apply
- Must be at least 1 month behind on rent
- May receive assistance once per year per household
Required documents
- Photo ID
- Proof of Income (employment, SSI, unemployment benefits, child support, etc)
- Proof of one full month’s income on each adult member (18 years and older) of the household. This must be for the month prior to applying for assistance
- Proof of Residency
- Lease agreement with name, phone number and address of landlord

- Mon - 8:00am to 11:00am
- Tue - 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Fri - 8:00am to 3:00pm
- Sat - 8:00am to 1:00pm
