This program provides aid for peple who are in need but have payment arrangements in place on any past due balance on the account. The Evergy Ecomnomic Relief Program (ERP) is a program that provides a monthly credit of up to $65 per month on their monthly electric bill to qualified customers. Enrollment can take up to two billing cycles for credit to appear on their bill after the application is processed and the customer must remain current in payments to remain eligible for the program. The program is designed to help customers who need an extra hand due to changes in the economy.
