Habitat builds and renovates homes and sells them with affordable mortgages. Also, provides Homebuyer Readiness Workshops to financially prepare people for homeownership. Services include Homebuyer/Home Purchase Counseling, Low Cost For Sale Homes/Housing Units and Sweat Equity Programs.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be current residents of St. Charles County, Missouri for one year prior to submitting an application
- Applicants must contribute 350 sweat equity hours with Habitat prior to purchasing the home and after they are selected to partner
