Provides parent education for those who are prenatal or have children ages 0-5, in home visits by a certified parent educator, yearly development screenings, referrals to outside agencies, and group meetings.
Eligibility
Resident of New Madrid Co. R-I School District with a child/ren from prenatal to age five (before kindergarten). Females served, ages 0 to 5 . Males served, ages 0 to 5 .
