Once assigned, the legal representative cannot be changed. IF THE COURT DATE IS WITHIN 2 DAYS, IT'S RECOMMENDED THAT THE CLIENT GOES TO COURT IN PERSON TO REQUEST A CONTINUANCE WHILE THIS APPLICATION FOR LEGAL COUNCIL IS PROCESSED. 211 COMMUNITY RESOURCE NAVIGATORS: CRNs may apply online on caller's behalf if internet access is a barrier. If a caller doesn’t know their case number, go to www.courts.mo.gov/cnet and search for an eviction case by their first and last name. If unable to find one, send an email to Kristen Engelbrecht with their contact information and case number.
