Services for seniors who meet income guidelines, including volunteer services-friendly visiting, grocery shopping assistance, food pantry delivery, yard projects; case management, and service coordination. Eligibility

  • Medicaid recipients age 18 years and older
  • Must have a disability
  • Must be able and willing to recruit, hire, and manage attendants
  • Must be seeking or living in an independent living situation
