Services include Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites, Home Delivered Meals, Senior Centers and Extreme Cold or Heat centers and Specialized Information and Referral.
Eligibility
Congregate dining: Seniors 60 and older and their spouses
Home delivered meals: Seniors 60 and older with viable reason homebound as determined by completed assessment. Females served, ages 60 to 150. Males served, ages 60 to 150.
