Develops a coordinated delivery system of services to assist and enable older Missourians age 60 years and older to remain in their own homes as long as possible and to enhance the quality of life for all older Missourians. Services include Congregate Meals/Nutrition Sites, Home Delivered Meals, Activities of Daily Living Assessment, Senior Center, Area Agencies on Aging, Extreme Cold Warming Centers, Extreme Heat Cooling Centers, and Specialized Information and Referral.
