Advocates on behalf of Veterans, surviving spouses and their families to apply for the VA Pension benefit through the Department of Veterans Affairs. Also, provides home care services to assist seniors in their qualification for the benefit, and to ensure that they maintain the ability to remain at home for as long as possible. Services include Non-Emergency Medical Transportation, Veteran Benefits Assistance, Homemaker Assistance and Personal Care. ALSO KNOWN AS VCCHC

Eligibility

Veterans or surviving spouses of Veterans who are at least 65 years old

  • Medical/Psychiatric records
  • SSA Income statement
  • DD214 Military discharge
