Eye Thrive is a St. Louis-based nonprofit that provides free essential vision services to the region's low-income children at their schools and community centers through our Vision Screening and Mobile Vision Clinic programs. Services include vision screenings, comprehensive eye exams, prescription glasses, referrals for expanded care, and replacement glasses. ALSO KNOWN AS EYE CARE CHARITY OF MID-AMERICA

  • Ages of 4-18 that has lost or broken their glasses
  • has a current signed and not expired prescription
