HPC Young Adult Housing Program provides safe housing, supportive case management, educational and employment guidance with life skills classes for homeless young adults between the ages of 17-23.
Eligibility
Age 17-23, must be homeless or about to be homeless, have a minimum of resources, and agree to follow one of four tracks that could include college or employment.
