Services include ramp construction, minor home repairs, and accessibility modification services, disability and senior related transportation, specialized telecommunications equipment, low vision aids, medical equipment/supplies, centers for independent living, supported living services for adults with disabilities, health/disability related support groups, education and training programming and independent living skills programming for people with disabilities. and medical equipment/assistive technology donation programs. Services for seniors who meet income guidelines, including volunteer services-friendly visiting, grocery shopping assistance, food pantry delivery, yard projects; case management, and service coordination.
