The Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Program currently provides direct financial support to insured patients, including Medicare Part D beneficiaries. There are different "silos" for cancer, arthritis, chronic pain, etc. Counselors guide patients through the enrollment process.
Eligibility
Medicare D beneficiary, Medicaid, governmental and private insurance
Required documents
Proof of income, i.e., last year's tax return. If don't file taxes, need pension statement, social security statement, award letter
