HEART HAND MINISTRIES
Heart & Hand Ministries is a community development corporation that focuses on food-insecurity, displaced/unhoused persons via a Day Center, case management, and transportation. We also run a thrift store that provides high quality, low cost goods. We have three specific programs. (1) Our food pantry program has three pantries that allow people to use them once a month supporting over 600 families. (2) Our Day Center program is focused on our unhoused community. They can get a hot meal, shower, use laundry, and other resources as clients. They meet with our case manager once a month and get resources for housing, mental health support, employment skills training, and our transportation services. (3) We have a thrift store that provides low-cost, high-quality goods. We provide "vouchers" for clients to be able to get clothing & household goods once every 3-6 months based on need.
