Services include nutritious meals, Community Centers, Caregiving Services through the National Family Caregiver Support Program to include Caregivers of Older Adults, Older Adult Caregivers 55+ of people 18-59 with a disability, 18-59 with Alzheimer's or other dementias, relative caregivers 55+ caring for children under 18 who are not their own children, Case Management and more.
