Must have one or more of the following barriers: Deficient in Basic Literary Skills; High School Dropout; Homeless, Runaway, or Foster Child; Pregnant or Parenting; and/or Currently in Juvenile Services.. Females served, ages 16 to 21 . Males served, ages 16 to 21 .
