Adults who are uninsured, underinsured, on Medicaid, or on these types of private health insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, and Point Comfort Underwriters. Children ages 6 months and older who are eligible for the Vaccines for Children program (Vaccines for Children eligibility: Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, underinsured, or American Indian or Alaska Native).
