Eligibility

Adults who are uninsured, underinsured, on Medicaid, or on these types of private health insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthCare, and Point Comfort Underwriters. Children ages 6 months and older who are eligible for the Vaccines for Children program (Vaccines for Children eligibility: Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, underinsured, or American Indian or Alaska Native). 10/2/25: COVID-19 Vaccine eligibility requirements are rapidly changing. Please contact provider to ensure you are eligible for a vaccine.
