Program participants must make an appointment with the pantry program director and complete the application.

Eligibility

Participants must be American Indian, either tribally enrolled or providing an affidavit of descent, with an income at 125% of poverty level or less, unless they are elderly or disabled, which requires income at 150% of poverty level or less. Friday produce distribution open to all.

The Kansas City Indian Center provides family activities on the first Wednesday evening of each month from 6pm-9pm. Activities include pot luck dinner, educational movies and discussions, music, dance, crafts and a variety of other activities suitable for all ages. Other classes and events vary.
