Church based emergency assistance providing utility and rent assistance. The Church of the Annunciation will try to help clients meet basic needs in emergency situations. Services are based on available funds, location, and information gathered.
Eligibility
Emergency need; must either have income, or have recently lost job & are looking or have future income plan.
Required documents
Photo ID or two alternative forms of ID such as a social security card, Medicaid card or birth certificate. Lease agreement/past due notice for rent help and most current utility bill for utility help.
