Case Management, Essential Correspondence, Mobility transfers, Medicaid Certification, and Spend Down Assistance are also provided. Healthline works to address any matter concerning clients’ quality of life and to ensure there is continued improvement.
Eligibility
Must have current active Medicaid or Disability income to qualify for Medicaid services. All are welcome to contact Healthline if they have received medical evidence of a life changing disability.
