Provides emergency assistance including electric, water, gas, rent, and coats to eligible low-income individuals and families. Also offers Pathway of Hope family case management program.
Eligibility
Individuals must have a source of income; Must be behind to receive assistance.
Required documents
Photo ID for all adults in household. Birth certificate, shot record or insurance card for all children in household. Proof of income for the past 30 days, bank statement/receipts (proof of how income was spent), lease and letter stating how much is owed.
