WIC is a program that provides nutrition and breastfeeding education, healthy foods and other services to improve health care access and referrals at no cost. WIC's goal is to help pregnant people, new parents and young children learn about nutrition, eat well and stay healthy.

Eligibility

Must be a pregnant or postpartum/breastfeeding person, non-breastfeeding person up to six months after birth of the baby, person who has lost a pregnancy within the past six months, have an infant or child under 5, or be legal guardian of child under 5. Must have a nutritional need (WIC staff can help you determine this), and have a family income less than WIC guidelines (185% of poverty level). If you currently receive TANF or SNAP you are automatically income eligible.
