Current utility and arrears no more than 6 months old; does not assist with rental or utility deposits; prefers that client has not received assistance for the requesting service from another social service agency within the last 6 months; prefers that client has a sustainability plan to pay the requesting service the next month; remaining balance must be paid or has means of paying by visit date; must have tried other agencies first.

Utility statement, proof of address, photo ID for all household members 18 and older, proof of income for all household members, social security cards for all household members

Call on Monday at 8:30am for financial assistance appointments, eligible clients will get an appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday 8:30am-12pm that week to attend a Workforce or Financial Literacy Class. Currently can assist 3 households/week.
