Eligibility
- Age 21 years and older
- Must be honorably discharged veteran or widow
- Must be able to work or maintain consistent job search
Required documents
- Form DD 214 indicating Honorable Discharge
- Photo ID
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Death Certificate (In the case of a widow)
- Proof of Income for last 30 days
