Services at our Northland Prenatal and Pediatric Clinic include regular prenatal visits, lab work, birth plans, lactation and breastfeeding counseling, postpartum care and pediatric care including immunizations, well-child exams, cold, flu and treatment of other childhood illnesses.

Photo ID for patient, 1 proof of address document (from within the last 30 days) and 2 proof of income documents (pay stubs) or income tax return
if discounted fee, proof of income for each household member
18 & older as will have to verify household size

MF 8am-5pm, W 7am-12pm
