  • Ages 16-23 years
  • Must live in one of the following areas of St. Louis City: O'Fallon, Penrose, Mark Twain, Baden, Walnut Park East, Walnut Park West, Dutchtown, Tower Grove East, Gravois Park, Bevo Mill
Must live in either zip code 63135 or 63136
