Centerstone offers short-term residential substance use recovery services. Gateway House is a residential facility for men who are receiving substance use recovery services. Lotus House is a residential facility for women who are receiving substance use recovery services. Women are able to bring children with them (up to school age).

proof of residency in the form of a piece of first-class mail (utility bill, for example)
insurance cards (if you have insurance)
court-ordered guardianship papers when applicable
