Eligibility

Income 30-80% of median income Must have a need for adequate housing and willingness to partner and earn "sweat equity" The family must have enough income to buy the home with the no-profit, no-interest mortgage that Habitat provides

Persons interested in submitting an application are required to register for and attend one homeownership session (two-three hours in length and child care is not provided), for more information call 417-829-4001, ext. 105

Builds homes in partnership with low-income individuals or families; provides home repairs, roof maintenance and repair and weatherization for low-income homeowners. Also provides homeowner education, post-purchase financial seminars, tutoring, and ongoing counseling. A United Way of the Ozarks partner agency (www.uwozarks.com). HFHS builds and repairs homes in Greene County. Applications can come from Christian, Greene or Webster counties. ALSO KNOWN AS HABITAT SPRINGFIELD HFHS
