The Metropolitan Community Service Program (MCSP) is a court-ordered community service referrals program. The Second Chance programs helps those who were in jail or prison reenter the KC area. Crime stoppers in a Tips Hotline that allows people to anonymously report crime in the area. S.A.F.E. (Surviving Spouse and Family Endowment Fund) provides financial assistance to surviving spouses and dependents of law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency services personnel who lose their life in performance of their duties.
