Services include primary care, cardiology, pulmonology, gynecology, endocrinology, orthopedics, counseling, chiropractic services, flu and COVID vaccines, general dentistry, and pediatrics. Barry, Barton, Dade, Jasper, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton and Vernon counties in Missouri. Southeast Kansas counties are also served. Eligibility

Uninsured residents of Missouri up to age 64 years Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance recipients are not eligible for Clinic services

Required documents

Must provide the following: Proof of Missouri residency Photo ID Proof of income for all adults residing in household Proof of non-insurance
  • Most recent checking and/or saving account monthly statement
