To enrich the quality of life and support independence and vitality by offering nutritious meals for home delivered and congregate settings and provide activities, programs and facilities to improve health. Services include congregate meals/nutrition sites, home delivered meals, blood pressure screening, Medicare information/counseling, flu vaccines, senior centers and warming/cooling sites
Eligibility
- Age 60 years and older
- Age 18-59 who are disabled and homebound

- SSI Documentation for disabled individuals

Mon-Fri - 9:00am to 2:00pm
