Provides assistance to low-income residents for affordable housing, weatherization and minor and major home rehabilitation (not remodeling) of owner occupied homes. 1/26/26: The Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List is currently closed. There are no plans to open the waiting list in 2026 due to federal budget constraints. MO
