Eligibility

Income preference is 50% or less of Area Median Income. They will accept Veterans case by case with more than 50% Area Median Income, but VCP makes final determination in what income they accept. Must have DD-214 or have applied for it when making your appointment. They will take Veterans case by case for housing but depending on their income when they apply.

Required documents

DD-214 (or have applied for it), last 2 pay stubs or fill out "zero income declaration" on-site, VA & SSI/SSDI award letters if applicable, copy of most recent bill (must be within 45 days). They can provide a homeless letter.

Veterans Community Project provides Veterans Village - a community of transitional tiny-homes and on-site services for veterans. Services include utility, rent/mortgage, & prescription assistance, vehicle repairs, travel expense assistance, home repair materials and employment-related fees.
