Income guildelines

IDs for all adults in the home, Social Security cards for everyone in the home, proof of income & bills if not on food stamps. Birth certificate or Medicaid card with DOB on it for those entering kindergarten.

Applications are taken July 2 through 31st, M-F 9a-11a and 1p-3p for distribution of school supplies on Thursday, August 13th (at this time)

Must fill out applications during the month of July (If not registered by July 31st client can still contact for time to receive supplies after the initial distribution)
