Access II is a non-residential agency who provides an array of services for people with a disability designed to assist them in gaining or maintaining their independence. Services include aging and disability resource center, centers for independent living, benefits screening, case/care management, life skills education and certified application counselor programs.
Eligibility
- MOHealthNet (Medicaid) Recipients Aged 18 Years or Older, with a Significant Disability, Should be Able and Willing to Recruit, Hire, and manage attendants
- Must be Seeking to live or Already Living in an Independent Living Situation
- Income Guidelines Apply
