Description
Cornerstones of Care can provide information about adoption resources and processes for children in the welfare system. Foster Care and Adoption Services include services to identify extended family or a well-known trusted adult in the child's community to care for children removed from their homes. Cornerstones of Care provides Foster Care Case Management to focus on reunifying families with children in state custody in a safe environment. When a family cannot be safely reunited, Cornerstones of Care provides adoption services for foster youth to achieve permanency.
