SADI is a community based, non-profit, non-residential center for independent living. Provides a center for independent living, Home Barrier Removal Grants, General Paratransit/Community Ride Programs, Assistive Technology Information, Medical Equipment/Supplies, vision screening, independent living skills instruction, self help instruction, personal care, meeting space, adapted computer equipment donation programs, walking aid donation programs.

Eligibility

Must be 55 years of age or older to receive basic magnification equipment Anyone may receive assessment for low vision equipment and referral to Rehabilitation Services for the Blind for assistance with obtaining magnification equipment or other services Females served: ages 55 and older Males served: ages 55 and older

Required documents

May be required to provide documentation of vision loss.
