Program offers services that instill skills and knowledge needed for them to become self-sufficient and able to provide a stable environment for themselves and their children. Mother's Refuge includes a safe and secure home, access to medical care, individual case management and therapy, help with personal problems, continuing education, nutritional meals, practical life-skills classes, clothing and personal supplies, computers and internet access, transportation, etc.
