Treatment and supportive transitional housing services to unhoused mothers and their minor children. Services include case management, therapy and recovery services as well as supportive housing.

Eligibility

Unhoused or about to be unhoused women with minor children (including those seeking reunification with children in division care), or women in their 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Women should be considered "high-risk" (substance or alcohol use, domestic violence, mental health, etc.)
