Provides emergency assistance including electric, water, gas, rent, and coats to eligible low-income individuals and families. Also offers Pathway of Hope family case management program.
Eligibility
Individuals must have a source of income; must have a past due notice to receive assistance, but can not assist if it's already shut off
Required documents
Photo ID for all adults in household. Birth certificate, shot record or insurance card for all children in household. Proof of income of income for the past 30 days, current bill, and past due or disconnect notice.
