Youth Enrichment Programs | Operation Breakthrough, Inc.

This agency provides early education and before- and after-school programming for low-income families in the Kansas City area. Enrolled families may also receive the following services: on-site medical clinic staffed, on-site dental clinic, play therapy, speech therapy, occupational/physical therapy, housing assistance, food pantry, clothing, adult health and mental health services and other assistance to families living in poverty.
